WHAT - Jesus met a woman at a well.  He asked her for a drink and she was surprised that He was speaking to her.  He explained to her the context of living water and she saved her whole town!

Who - John the Baptist and Jesus

WHAT - John the Baptist was baptising people in the desert.  When he baptized Jesus, God said that He was well pleased.

Why was John the Baptist surprised that Jesus wanted to be baptized? 

Baptism is an external show of washing internal sin. Jesus never sinned, so He didn't really need to be baptized. He did it as an example for us, because baptism pleases God.

What - King Darius allowed the Israelites to build their temple. They built a beautiful temple!

What did the temple look like? 

It was a giant temple with a square base and pillars around the front. It had a room for worship and sacrifice, and when the people finished building it, they rejoiced.

WHO - Daniel and King Belshazzar 

WHAT - King Belshazzar threw a big party for himself because he loved himself above God!  God wrote a message on the wall warning King B.  Only Daniel could interpret!

It was VERY bad news! It told King Belshazzar that his kingdom was going to be divided up, and that he was going to die.
