We talked about an ingredient that is found in food but is a hidden allergen, what was it?
- Sunflower seed oil and peanut oil, they contain sunflower and peanut and can cause an allergic reaction
- for example you might not think it but the Z-bars we had for snack had Sunflower seed oil in them!
- You might not think it would contain sunflower seeds but it does, that's why its important not to share food and always read ingredients
