What is Drivewise?
There are 3 levels to this discount depending on what type of security the homeowner has.
What is the Protective Device discount?
This discount is given to clients who have more than 1 Allstate policy. Discounts vary depending on which policy it is applied to.
What is the Multiple Policy Discount?
Given if a driver is unmarried, under the age of 25, and is going to school full time with a grade average of B minus or better. A grade report is required or other certified statement to apply.
What is the Good Student Discount?
Discount given to vehicles Model Year 1954-2002, less than 3000 pounds, less than 200 inches, and less than 125 Horsepower.
What is the Economy Car discount?
Given to students residing at Educational institutions located more than 100 road miles away from the principal garaging address of the Auto and does not have a vehicle with them.
What is the Resident Student discount?
This discount is given to homeowners who have had prior property insurance and no claims in at least 12 months.
What is the Claim Free Discount?
This is given to customers who pay the entire premium for the policy period at the beginning of the period.

Applied to vehicles model years 1991 and prior that are included on the Utility Symbol and Identification pages on Liability, Uninsured Motorist, Medical Payments, Collision and Comprehensive AND Model years 1992-2002 on Medical Payments and Collision.
What is the Utility Discount?
A discount received if client has 2 or more vehicles and receives their billing statements through their email.
What is the Preferred Package discount?
This discount is applied to homes that are less than 50 years of age.
What is the Age of Home discount?
Clients who have automatic payments set up through their bank account receive this.
What is the Easy Pay Plan?
Applied to Motorcycle, Recreational Vehicle and Boatowners policies for clients who have completed an accredited or state-run safety course.
What is the Safety Course/Boating Education discount?
What is the Passive Restraint Discount?
A discount received if client makes down payment 7 days or more before policy becomes effective.
What is the Future Effective Discount?
Applied if the home is 49 years old or less and the policies effective dates is either during the purchase month or during the 12 months after purchase date.
What is the Home Buyer discount?

A discount for young drivers who complete an online course and will be removed if that driver has an accident or violation.
What is the TeenSmart discount?
Applied to vehicles that are Originally owned by named insured, 2004 or newer and be current, first prior or next subsequent model year. Applied for 36 months of purchase date.
What is the New Car Discount?
A discount that will be lost if client is involved in a chargeable accident, but will be gained back at least 3 years after that accident.
What is the Premier Discount?
Applied to renewing policies that have been with Allstate for at least one prior policy period.
