During a successful Limitless Meeting, this person should do most of the talking.

Focus, resourcefulness, and organizational systems for self-direction.
What is Independence?
In Alpha’s academic model, this person should be the primary driver of the learning journey.
Who is the student?
High standards without this other half of Alpha’s culture equation can lead to fear and burnout.
What is high support?
Brain first, then AI, then better output. A 10X Guide uses AI as a superpower, never as this.
What is a crutch?
Swap in another student's name. If the comment still works, you have to do this.
What is rewrite it?
This category includes grit, Learn2Learn, goal setting, and becoming an expert.
What are “Me” LifeSkills?
Alpha's promise is twice the learning in two hours that a student would get in a full day at one of these.
What is a traditional school?
This principle means embracing challenges as growth, seeking feedback as fuel, and acting with integrity—even when it is difficult.
What is character?
Reality, Lever, Next Step is the framework behind this document — the one that makes a parent think "this Guide knows my kid."
What is an Accountability Report?
Alpha spent years shifting away from this theme-park nickname — a feel-good environment that had lost its high standards — toward the Limitless one it builds today.
What is Disneyland?
These foundational LifeSkills should be prioritized before a student moves on to the Me, We, and Key categories.
What are Core LifeSkills?
Focused work intervals with short breaks — how a 2HR Learning room is run.
What is Pomodoro style?
At Alpha, this “C” is not assumed—it is measured through Town Hall and student surveys.

This adult mindset provides plenty of care and support but fails to challenge students with high expectations, often creating dependence.
What is the Protector Mindset?
The final hurrah of a session — where students demonstrate the LifeSkills they learned and what they pulled off on their Alpha Test.
What is Showcase?
Public speaking, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, critical thinking, and creativity all belong to this LifeSkills category focused on action, initiative, and creation.

The platform students log into to reach their learning apps and data metrics.

At Alpha, students move from passive members to active architects who build and take ownership of their school environment.
