Assign the interpreter to the 3-hour portion. Team slot is Cancelled Event filled by Solo. Assign the interpreter to the other 7 hours. Cancel, then unfill. Unfill the team slot. There will be 4 slots. This is only if the interpreter is willing to stay more than 2 hours.
