The 10th Amendment gives power to the states, meaning that if the power isn't given to the Federal government it belongs to the State governments. Also referred to as the Reserved Clause.
Describe the 15th Amendment.
The 15th Amendment gave African Americans the right to vote.

Double jeopardy means you can not be tried for the same crime twice.
An example is being put in jail for 10 years because of a speeding ticket. However, answers will vary.

The 12th Amendment solved Electoral Ballot problems.
What is the term that means you get the right to vote?
Suffrage means you get the right to vote.
What does the 3rd Amendment state?
The 3rd Amendment states that no soldier should be quartered in any homes.

Define unenumerated rights.
Unenumerated rights mean that our rights aren't limited to those that are written in the Bill of Rights.
What was the voting process like for elections before the 12th Amendment?
Before the 12th Amendment, citizens would vote separately for a President and Vice President. But now that the 12th Amendment is in place, the President and Vice President run together.
What is a way that you can have citizenship in the US?
Examples of having citizenship are if you were born in the US or if your parents were born in the US. As well as being married to a US citizen or serving in the military.
