Sets voting age at 18 years old

Delays the congressional pay raises until the term following their passage

Enables voters to elect senators directly

The rights are reserved for the states and the people
Tenth Amendment
Right to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures without a warrant describing what is to be searched and seized

Right to a trial by jury is preserved in civil cases where the value is more than $20.00 (today it's much higher)
