To make a change to a written timesheet, the member should strike through the incorrect information with one single line, write in the correct information, and do this next to each change.

In the case of excessive absences, Program Staff may consider taking this action.

This is the absolute latest that a member may contact their immediate supervisor when an unanticipated absence arises.

When completing makeup hours with an outside organization, the member should enter those hours into OnCorps as this type of service.
What is Supplemental Service?
This is the percentage of your total hours that may be completed through Training hours.

It is considered excessive absences if a member misses more than this number of days out of 20 consecutive service days.

This is the absolute latest that a member may email the Program Director and Assistant Director to document an unanticipated absence has occurred.
What is 24 hours after the absence?
This is the consequence for a member's fifth offense against the Code of Conduct.

This is where members should look for ideas on where to obtain makeup hours.
