Emily pulls off the Elf King’s mask revealing that he’s been controlled by Ikol and long deceased. Ikol states they now fear her as they did him and that fear would be terrible to waste. She states they already have a king and it isn’t her, it’s Trellis.
Emily compares herself as a Stonekeeper to Vigo. How does she say she’s different?
Emily says Vigo is fearful and it weakens him. She doesn’t fear Ikol or the shadows, states she isn’t riding him but rather he’s along with her. She believes she’s in control now.
