Before we do anything, we must accept that a problem exits as this will help us come to terms with the inevitable and help us go forward with a clear mind. We cannot consciously work towards a solution if we do not believe a problem exists.

How does knowing more about a problem help us problem solve?
What makes a problem scary is that it is UNKNOWN (COVID-19). Until we can learn more about the problem (i.e: cause, how does it affect me, how can I avoid it), it is impossible to come up with the best solution. We naturally feel more relieved when we get to know more about a problem. It is hard to think clearly when we are scared.

Can anger help us GROW?
YES!
Anger motivates problem solving; when we are "angry" we are often frustrated or annoyed by something not going our way. To resolve our anger, we will have to actively figure out a solution to the problem at hand.
Before we make a decision on solving a problem, what needs to take place first?
Come up with a list of solutions! When we limit ourselves to the first thing that comes to mind, we have a 50/50 chance it will make things worse. Coming up with solutions by listing pros and cons can help us decide the best route.
