How did Snowball & Napoleon's relationship represent the Russian Revolution?

Snowball & Napoleon disagreed on leadership on the farm, much like Trotsky & Stalin. Snowball (like Trotsky) wanted more intellectual things, while Napoleon (like Stalin) wanted power. Napoleon had his dogs chase Snowball off the farm, like Stalin had his Secret Police exile and kill Trotsky.

Napoleon wants power and abuses this power deeply. Stalin did so as well. They are both evil, cruel, power-hungry, etc. Napoleon used Squealer to justify all actions that did not make sense. Stalin used propaganda to justify his cruel actions, as well as placed pictures of himself in buildings, rewrote history, and had ceremonies praising himself, just like Napoleon did in Animal Farm.

Old Major represents Marx by coming up with the ideas for animalism, like Marx came up with the ideas for Marxism/communism. He represents both by dying before the Rebellion happened, like both died before communism fully took hold. He was the first leader of the farm, like Lenin was the first leader of the communist party. All were wise and well-respected.

How does Squealer's NEW account of the Battle of Cowshed mimic the Russian Revolution?

Squealer claims Snowball was against the Farm the whole time. Propaganda, placed by Stalin, said Trotsky was a criminal. Squealer also claims Napoleon was the hero, rewriting the history of the battle. This was much like Stalin rewrote the history books in Russia.
