The entire environment will be effected. The squirrel will either have to move to a new environment, or become endangered or extinct.
In the summers, water on the surface will be warmer than the water in deeper parts of a lake. However, in winters, the surface water will be cooler than the water in the deeper parts of the lake. Warm water holds less air than the cold water. How will fish adapt to breathe in summers and winters?
The fish will spend more time at the surface of the water in the winters, and more time in the deeper parts of the water in the summer.
Bees visit flowers and help plants produce more NEW plants. A farmer sprays his crops with insecticides (chemicals to kill insects that harm crops) and causes the bee population to decrease. How will a decline in the population of bees affect HUMANS?

A wide range of plants are used in medicine to cure diseases. If people start cutting down the plants, how will it affect humans?
It will decrease the availability of natural medicines.

4.THE GOOD THING!! The grass that the prairie dogs eat, might grow taller and thicker, and cause other animals to MOVE into the area to feed on the new grass.
