Until 2022, Anna believed she was year of the Dragon as she was born in 2000. However, her white parents failed to consider the lunar calendar that China traditionally follows which begins its new year typically in early February. Thanks to being looped in by her Chinese friends in college, Anna discovered she was actually born in this zodiac year.

Anna's dad, Dave, is a man of many talents and hobbies including skiing, fly fishing, and music. In college, Dave studied music performance and still plays this large, classical instrument today.
