What plans can you get Bayer Drugs at no cost without satisfying the deductible?
Do you take prescribed Bayer drugs? You may want to consider one of the PPO Plans, which offer Bayer drugs at 100% without a deductible. Bayer drugs are also covered through the Health & Savings Plans; however, per federal guidelines you must first meet your deductible before the plan pays 100%.

The only dental plan offered by Bayer
Dental plans. For 2015, Bayer will only offer the Delta Dental Premier Plan through Delta Dental. The Cigna Dental PPO Plan will not be offered. The Delta Dental Premier Plan will not change except the annual maximum benefit will increase from $1,000 to $1,500. If you are currently enrolled in the Cigna Dental PPO Plan and do not waive coverage during Annual Enrollment, you and your eligible dependents will automatically be enrolled in the Delta Dental Premier Plan.

What are the HSA Contribution limits?
What is Health Savings Account (HSA). The IRS annual contribution limit to the HSA (including both Bayer’s and your contributions) will increase to $3,350 for you only or $6,650 if you are covering a spouse and/or one or more dependents. If you are age 55 or older, you can save an additional $1,000 above this limit. In order to contribute to the HSA for 2015, you must be enrolled in one of the Health & Savings Plans.

What is the eligibility requirement for a Full time employee
Full-time employees will be defined in 2015 as those who work 30 hours or more per week; this is a reduction from the current 32 hour requirement for full-time status. If you move from part-time to full-time status as a result of this change, you will pay the full-time employee contribution rate(s) in 2015.

How much is the FSA Rollover?
New Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Rollover Starting this year, the Health Care FSA allows a $500 rollover. Under new federal guidelines, Bayer is allowing employees to roll over up to $500 in unused Health Care FSA funds — a significant change from the previous “use it or lose it” policy. This is effective for the current plan year, meaning if you are enrolled in a Health Care FSA in 2014, you can roll over up to $500 of your balance to 2015. Any amounts over $500 on December 31, 2014, will be forfeited. This change does not apply to the Dependent Day Care FSA.

What happens to coverage if you do not enroll in a timely manner when you become medicare eligible?
When you become eligible for Medicare, if you wish to enroll in a OneExchange health plan, you must do so within the time frame provided to you. If you do not enroll by the deadline, your non-Medicare eligible dependents enrolled in a Bayer medical plan will lose coverage.
