How can you help Lenard feel better?

You can sit next to Lenard and say loudly for everyone else to hear, "That looks good, Lenard! Can you tell me how it's made?" Then ignore Sam. This takes power away from Sam's mean words.

OR you can tell the teacher by telling him or her, "Sam is making fun of Lenard's food again, and Lenard looks really sad and stopped eating." Reporting is not "snitching"--it's getting help to protect someone who is being hurt.
