This anti Drug PSA, released in 1990, was a full length animated movie. It featured Alf, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Buggs Bunny, Winne the Pooh, Tigger, Hughey, Dewey and Loie, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Garfield, the Smurfs, Slimer, and featured the then President and First Lady George Bush Sr. and Barbara Bush (along with their dog Millie) (I promise you I am not making this up!)
