Created a presidential succession list to fill possible vacancy if it occurs. Also created the designated survivor, so not all government officials can die at once.

No, the electoral college. There have been 5 times when a president has lost the popular vote, but still won.
How does the media set the public agenda?
They control what information is put out to the public and since most people get all their info from these sources, the media can control what information these people receive

Makes it where donors/candidates must disclose campaign finance info, it enforced laws on spending and collections, and it oversees public funds given to candidates.

It watches over the government and makes sure that they are serving the public's interests. If something bad happens, it will be reported to the people.
