Do winbacks need to purchase a new performance monitor if they already have one?
Yes, the purchase of the performance monitor is required even for winbacks.
A member signs up for this offer over the phone at another location and comes in for their first class at your studio. They do not have their performance tracker yet, what do you do?
Let them know they will need to pick up their performance tracker at the location that they signed up at and offer to let them use a loaner for the day.
Can this membership be post-dated?
No it cannot.
What paperwork needs to signed for this promotion?
The appropriate membership agreement and the promotion addendum.
Is a current member eligible to upgrade to this promotion?
No a current recurring member cannot upgrade to this promotion, however a package holder may upgrade into this promotion.
A previous member who cancelled last month wants to rejoin on this offer and already has an OTBeat Burn so they do not want a new monitor. What do you tell them?
Let them know that they are not eligible for this offer as they need to have been cancelled at least 60 days, and offer them to join with the FMP $50 off instead.
What does the $99 cover?

What happens to their membership rate after the first month?
The billing will automatically convert to the standard Premier rate as listed on the membership agreement.

A prospect wants to join with this offer but does not want to commit to the Premier membership as they can only come 2x a week. What do you do?
Offer them to join with this offer, help them prebook their #+ classes/week for the month, and let them know if they still feel like they cannot come in more than 2x they can downgrade next month.
