German message to Mexico that was intercepted and published. Germany promised the land stolen from Mexicans if they invaded America and kept them from joining the war.
The 20's weren't great for everyone, specifically farmers. What were some of the hardships they faced?

The quota acts limited the amount of immigrants, 357,000 per country, allowed into the U.S. This was brought about due to the rise of nationalism.

The Roosevelt rejected lassiex - faire and believed government spending will jump start the economy.
