According to Adam Smith, why is the "Division of Labor" good for the worker and the consumer?

The "Division of Labor" is good for the consumer because it is cheaper and it is good for the worker because you only have to master one part, not the whole process. For the consumer, if it is made in less time and it is mostly unskilled labor, that means the price of the item will go down leading to better prices. It is better for the worker because when you only have one job of of the many, that means there are more jobs available, and the job requires unskilled labor which is easier to learn, and takes less experience.
