What is the 25:10?
It's a 25 yard/meter test. Any stroke without stopping or assistance.
What hours are lifeguards on duty?
9am-9pm
What is swim play and how much does it cost?
Swim play is up to 1 hr with an AQ tm plays with your child in the pool. $40 unlimited, $10 drop in, $20 once a week.
Do you have to be a member to take lessons?
Obvi.
Are you session based?
No, we are continuously enrollment. Register/Cancel (30day notice) at any time.
Why?
Safety is top priority. Life Time policy nationwide to ensure our jr members are safe at all times. Nothing replaces the watchful eyes of the parent.
How old does a baby have to be to enter the pool?
4 months
What is swim clinic and how long and pricing?
3 hr mini camp provided when kids are out of school includes a 45 minutes swim lesson, water sports, safety and nutrition. $60/day $250/week
How many people can share a lane?
Up to 5 people - circle swimming.
How much are lesson?
$75 group, $125 semi, $200 private
When does it apply?
Family Swim: Sat-Sun 2p-7p during school year.
When can a 12 year old swim unaccompanied by an adult?
When can a 16 year old or older swim?
12 YO: 9am - 9 pm
16 YO: 4am - 11:45PM
Do your swim teams compete?
Yes. Bronze, silver and gold are all USA sanctioned.

What are the only drop off programs?
Swim Team and Swim Clinic.
How many children are in group lessons at once?
Varies by age and skill.

Will they have to retest every visit?
No, once you pass your name is put into binder. Check in at swim service desk to receive yellow band.
How old do you have to be to use hot tub unsupervised?
16 YO
How is stroke clinic different than swim clinic?
Stoke clinic is for swim team participants. Last 1 to 2 hrs. Focusing on specific stroke technique.
Swim clinic open to anyone ages 4 - 12. 3 hr mini camp provided when kids are out of school includes a 45 minutes swim lesson, water sports, safety and nutrition.

Is there a family discount?
Yes, lessons after the 1st person is 25% off.

What if a child doesn't pass, do they have to wear a life jacket?
Parent has to be in the water within 10 feet for children under 12. They do not have to wear a life jacket unless they are in kids academy programming or birthday parties.
What is the diaper policy?
Any child under 3 must wear a disposable swim diaper and reusable swim diaper diaper and a bathing suit.
Can you make up a missed swim lesson?
Only for private lessons and intro to splash. All other group lessons receive a missed lesson credit and once the member completes the online missed lesson form and reach 4 they can get 1 private or 1 swim clinic.
Difference between open and family swim?
Open Swim: parents have to be in the water within 10 ft of children under the age of 12. No matter the swimming ability.
Family Swim: 25:10 rule applies
