Can your art be graded? Is your grade in art class important? Why or why not?
YES & YES! Grades in art class ARE important because you need to be held accountable for putting in effort, gaining new skills, and using your brain. BUT you are not judged on your current skill level or personal preference. Everyone has different styles in art and everyone can learn new skills. Art is not right or wrong, good or bad. You are learning the tools to create your own unique artwork.
