No, throw away garbage and put supples back in your caddy.

Wipe up your area, put, your brush in the water bowl and sketch in your sketchbook or get something from the early finisher table

No, because you will not know what to do.
when you are done with your brush, should you put it back in the clean brushes?
NO! if you are in charge of cleaning brushes, you need to properly get all the paint out of brush by running it under the water and moving bristles with your fingers. you then tap it off on the sink to get excess water vout before putting it back in the clean brush area.
