This option displays the Order History screen
What is "H"?
This option displays the Check Call screen
What is "CC"?
This option allows the user to issue a check call and update PTAs / ETAs
What is "CK"?
This option displays the Driver Master screen, where contact information, division, hire date, etc. is located
What is "DD"?
This option displays the Movement Display, or 21-day miles, showing a driver's dispatch info and miles from the last three weeks
What is "MD"?
This displays the Unit Interaction, or the messages received from and forwarded to the truck's Qualcomm, and can be used to validate truck statuses, etc.
What is "UI"?
This option allows the user to send free-form messages to a driver/contractor's Qualcomm (Always leave your name!)
What is "TM"?
This option displays information about Hours of Service -- from this screen the user can also navigate to screens showing recaps or logs
What is "HS"?
This option allows the user to view and edit pre-plan information, manually committing a driver/contractor to a plan
What is "PP"?
This option displays a record of where the a truck has pinged throughout its travel, i.e. a position history
What is "LH"?
This option displays an image of truck's current location on a map
What is "MP"?
This option allows the user to update the route line for a dispatch
What is "RR"?
This option will change the truck status to H and requires inputting requested days home
What is "HC"?
This option displays the "back screen" or driver comments -- essentially the driver's record for any behavioral issues, FM changes, etc.
What is "DC"?
If there is a pre-planned T-call, this screen will indicate the T-call appointments
What is "PT"?
This option allows the user to dispatch a truck, but the user must be in the check call screen and a trailer must be assigned
What is "D"?
This option allows a fleet manager to manually push through a loaded call (pay attention to trailer numbers!)
What is "L"?
What is "E"?
This option displays the screen to process a T-call -- planners' approval required!
What is "T"?
This option allows a fleet manager to void the dispatch -- the truck cannot be loaded to use this option
What is "V"?
This option allows the user to perform a deadhead move, to correct issues with equipment
What is "DH?"
This option allows a fleet manager to edit the Remaining Days Out, and input any special time off requests
What is "DO"?
This option allows the user to change the truck to any status -- the truck number will need to be input at this screen
What is "ST"?
This option is for stop-off updates, where the arrival / departure times can be updated for any additional stops
What is "SU"?
This option allows the user to issue extra pay for things like additional stops, detention, lay over, etc.
