All cleaning supplies in your classroom must be stored in this manner

In the provided clear container on top of a shelf (out of reach)

100

Towels can be found in the bucket just inside the downstairs door.

This is what you should do with wet towels after they have been used.

Hang them on the hooks next to Rebecca's office. Do NOT leave them on the playground.

100

If you need supplies for your classroom, or notice something is running low, do this.

Fill out the supply purchase request form (found in your classroom binder) and leave it in the file folder labeled "purchase requests" outside of my office.

The formula for your number of paid personal leave days is this

2X the number of days per week you work.

100

You must arrive by this time every morning.

8:30 am. You must be at your classroom door and prepared for the day by 8:50.

200

Do this to the changing table at the end of every day.

Wipe it down with a Clorox wipe, including under the changing pad.

Sand collects on the changing tables and it must be wiped clean.

200

This rule involves the sandbox sand and the toys within it

Sand and toys should be kept in the sandbox. Do not allow children to dump sand in other parts of the playground.

200

Extra cleaning supplies, outlet covers, and diapering supplies can be found here.

In the brown cabinet next to the elevator downstairs or in the closet next to the upstairs bathrooms

200

Remember to do this whenever you substitute or cover a coworker's class.

Fill out the substitute form located in the binder on the brown cabinet.

Turn in the receipt for your purchase to the folder labeled "reimbursement requests" located outside of my office.

You wake up sick and can't come to work. This is the order of what you should do.

1. Let Rebecca and Kelly know you'll be out.

2. Send a message to the group chat and see if anyone is available.

3. If no one is able to cover for you, start contacting people on our sub list.

4. In emergency situations where a sub cannot be found, we will ask our floater to cover the class.

300

The main duty of the floater teacher is this

Assisting teachers and students in the classroom during her designated time to be there.

Her schedule is a suggested daily timeline to ensure she gives each teacher the same amount of aid. However, some days may require that she be pulled to help in other areas (special event days, etc.) so teachers are encouraged to be flexible.

She is not responsible for diaper changes, but rather to watch the other children while the lead teacher changes diapers.

400

This is how personal belongings should be stored

In a cabinet, or up high. Water bottles, coke bottles, etc. should also be stored in a plastic bin. Cell phones should be kept out of reach of children

If you run out of PTO days, this will happen in regards to your pay

Your monthly pay will be decreased by $55 per day missed that month.

If it is May and you no longer have PTO days, you must write a personal check to your substitute for $55.

Up to 1/2 of unused PTO days at the end of the year can be rolled over to the next year or paid back to the employee at the rate of $55 per day.
