Edit the highlighted product to Response Received, enter in the rate and save. Ensure ext ID scraped. Flick to RRSL.
What should you do if you notice the FIP date and the FCSL date have a 31 day gap?
Create a CR advising to go back through PQ for updated rates. Due to the time gap the rate may come back different.
What is your next step if the highlighted product section is not present on the submission page?
Check the FF debugger to see the reason for the decline
