What does the coats of skins God gave to Adam and Eve represent?

The coats if skins represents God's mercy. It was the first symbolic sacrifice of Jesus Christ atonement. As God gave Adam and Eve special garments, we also recieve His special garment when we covenant with God in the Holy Temple.
