What is FEP?

What is Long Form Video (LFV)?
A way the industry measures the percentage of impressions delivered to a targeted audience. This is used for demo measurement of campaigns for some agencies.
What is Nielsen DAR?
The final step in the ad proposal process; when this document is signed, it represents a commitment from an advertiser (or their agency) to run a campaign on a publisher's site(s).
What is an Insertion Order (IO)?
The work area in FreeWheel’s RPM where the assistant completes the IO booking once an IO is received from the agency and signed by Planning Management. Approved proposals are pushed over to this from the Proposal Tool once an IO is received and upfront allocations are booked as well. The Assistant manages the IO in this tool throughout its flight if any changes or optimizations need to be made.
What is Order Builder?
The form that must be filled out and sent to Digital Planning Management when making a change greater than $25 to a previously closed invoice.
What is the Billing Adjustment Form (BAM)?
Videos that are under 10 minutes. For DABC, pre-roll on these types of videos can only be :30 or less.
What is Short Form Video (SFV)?
A term in advertising that means restricting the number of times a specific visitor to a website is shown a particular advertisement

What is People 2+ (P2+)?
Email template assistant/planner sends out when submitting a new IO for approval in FreeWheel. The email provides important information about the IO that helps Planning Management and Account Management review and approve the IO so that it can be booked in the ad server.

What is DisneyNOW?
Allows consumers to view shows or movies through a single platform from cable or satellite providers at their leisure, without the need for any additional hardware other than their set-top box. With this type of ad insertion, network operators can provide targeted ads that can be swapped in and out of the program as it's delivered to the user.
What is Set-Top Box Video on Demand Dynamic Ad Insertion (STB VOD DAI)?
An online advertising metric that aims to track only impressions that can actually be seen by users. For example, if an ad is loaded at the bottom of a webpage but a user doesn't scroll down far enough to see it, that impression would not be deemed viewable. The MRC definition requires 50 percent of a display ad to be in view on a screen for one second and 50% of video ads to be on screen for two seconds.
What is Viewability?
A document that detail the rules that apply to fulfilling a contract with the agency/client. Buyers and sellers must agree on this to form a contract. They are listed on every IO and must be reviewed by DABC Management before counter-signing
What is Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)?
Houses all sold upfront deals for an advertiser for the entire broadcast or calendar year. Managed by the planner to track an advertiser’s committed upfront dollars for the year. Upfront IOs are linked to this.
What is the Upfront Plan or UP?
Selling a deal across linear and digital on the same exact demo and with the same CPM.
What is Unified?
A roadblock sponsorship opportunity where an advertiser’s ad is seen by users the first time they enter the publisher’s site on a given day. This is used to broaden scale vs. a homepage roadblock, as users now tend to come to sites through various ways such as search and social.
What is a Point of Entry (POE)?
The selection of a specific segment within a demographic or context to aim advertising efforts.
What is Targeting?
The advertiser pays a fixed/flat agreed upon fee, usually for a defined period of time, regardless of performance factors such as volume of impressions or clicks.
What is a Flat Rate or Fixed Placement?
Represents an ordered upfront deal for the year and has information including the type of deal sold, the dollars and CPMs by quarter, and important metadata for revenue reporting.
