At the end of each calendar year, unused sick hours will be converted to the associate’s STD plan to extend the amount of 100% coverage available to the associate, unless applicable state law requires carryover of the unused accrued time to the next year.

How much vacation time is a Regular Part-Time Associate eligible to receive?
Regular Part-Time Associates, not covered by a collective bargaining agreement, are generally eligible for 5 days of vacation time annually (pro-rated based on date of hire).
What is the difference from “Absent” vs being “Tardy”?
If an associate arrives or is not physically present more than five minutes but less than 30 minutes after their scheduled start time (or meal break return time) without manager approval they are considered "Tardy". If they are over 30 minutes late or do not arrive at all they are considered "Absent".
When is an associate eligible for FMLA?
Associates are eligible for up to 12 workweeks of unpaid leave if the associate has been employed by the Company for at least 12 months, or the associate has worked at least 1,250 hours during the 12-month period prior to the commencement of the leave.
