30 days starting on cancellation day.
What does ADH stand for and what does it mean?
Accidental damage from handling. If the portable eligible product is accidentally damaged because the customer drops it or spills liquid on it, we'll troubleshoot, repair, replace or reimburse it at our discretion
What’s the maximum claim limit?
The maximum amount (or aggregate limit) we will pay for all claims made in any 12 month rolling period is $5,000.
There is a $2,000 maximum amount per individual claim.
What are the eligibility criteria for customers to enroll in Asurion Home+?
Be a Cricket Account Owner or Authorized User
