This is where I will find my tasks for the day.
What is the Main Inbox
This is the main view in AtClose and contains information relating to the Client, us and the Property.
What is the Order View?
This tab can be viewed in its entirety in both the Product and the Order view.
What is the Shared Tab
This is a requirement to be able to view a task screen.
What is assign task to myself?
This blue action button allows the user to make modifications on the Details tab.
What is the Edit button?
This icon in the inbox will assign a task to me and open it.
What is the blue man icon
This is the view that contains information about the product the client order and is where all the workflows are housed.
What is the Product view?
This tab is basically a check register for the order.
What is the Accounting Summary Tab?
The blue square icon to the left of the task is used for this purpose.
What is add a note to the task?
This blue action button will put an order on hold until a specified date.
What is the Suspend button?
These are the two levels of AtClose.
What is the Order Level and the Product Level?
This is the View that has five tabs, one of which is the Contact Tab.
What is the Order View
This tab is where you would locate phone numbers and emails for the borrower.
What is the Contact Tab?
This icon indicates that a task has already been assigned to someone.
What is the blue man with the yellow head icon
This blue action button will take you back to your original search of an order.
What is Search Results?
This is a link to our Sharepoint library and contains all Processes and Procedures for working in AtClose
What is the Help Icon?
This View contains the Transaction tab which takes you to the other view.
What is the Order View
This Tab contains the type of Transaction the client is needing and what products they need completed.
What is the Transactions Tab
This area allows the user to set up search and sort filters for future use.
What is the Advanced Inbox Search feature
This is an alternative icon used to modify information in an order other than the Edit button.
What is the pencil icon?
These are the two items that you can use to search for an order in the Quick Search Box.
What are Order Number and Loan Number
This is the view that has 6 tabs, one of which is the Action Items tab.
What is the Product view?
This Tab contains information on what Vendors we have working on the file for us.
What is the Vendor Assignments Tab?
This area allows the user to do a quick search on the inbox to find tasks quickly.
What is the Quick Inbox Search feature
This menu item allows the user to add a Note to the Order.
