What is the Quickview?
The place to find "Create Order Group"
What is the Hamburger?
The location to type what the patient is about.
What is Case Descriptions?
The Bucket that should be at Zero every day and have action notes about the status of each day.
What is Patient Cases?
Where the employee is logged into that dictates certain functions when creating order groups or patient cases.
What is the Department?
Required for patient to be able to create or access their Portal Account.
What is an email address?
The location of the RAF and Gap Score.
Where is the Problems List?
The location to add notes pertaining to a patient case after Data Entry has been completed.
What is Action Note?
The buckets where Medication Refill requests will come in from a pharmacy.
What is Orders / Rxs / Auths?
Where initial and retraining courses and modules are found.
What is Athena Learning Portal?
Required to be entered for patient's to have a Telehealth Visit.
What is Mobile Number or Email?
The place to update a patient's tobacco use status.
What is the Social History?
The location to enter a users name and send the patient case to them.
What is Leave in REVIEW?
The bucket where lab results and diagnostic studies will be found.

Used when looking up a patient.
