Accidental damage from handling. If the eligible product is accidentally damaged because the customer drops it or spills liquid on it, we'll troubleshoot, repair, replace or reimburse it at our discretion.

What’s the maximum claim amount?

The maximum amount (or aggregate limit) we will pay for all claims made in any 12 month rolling period is $5,000.
There is a $2,000 maximum amount per individual claim.
