Verizon primary address + 2nd address
2nd address can be changed up to 3 times per 12 month period
How long does the grace period last and when does it start?
30 days starting on cancellation day.
What does ADH stand for and what does it mean?
Accidental damage from handling. If the eligible product is accidentally damaged because the customer drops it or spills liquid on it, we'll troubleshoot, repair, replace or reimburse it at our discretion.
What’s the maximum claim amount?
The maximum amount (or aggregate limit) we will pay for all claims made in any 12 month rolling period is $5,000.
There is a $3,000 maximum amount per individual claim.
What are the eligibility criteria for customers to enroll in VHDP?
Be a Verizon Account Owner or Authorized User
Have a US billing address (does not include Puerto Rico or United States Virgin Islands)
Not be enrolled in other plan through Asurion
