This quote explains that there is a poem, which is the nursery rhyme of the ten little soldiers. This poem that is hanged in Vera's room ( she first mentioned it in the novel) is "coincidently" hanged in each and everyone's room. It is forshadowing of what is gonna happen further in the story.

Armstrong: Operates on an old lady Louisa Mary Clees while being drunk. She dies on march 14 1925.

Whom do they suspect being the killer and why?
The main suspect is Dr.Armstrong because he does mainly fit all the timing of the deaths and he also is a doctor so he would know how to kill someone with drugs. Note: first 2 victims are poisoned and the other got an overdose of a drug.

This quote is represented as one of the thoughs of whats left of the 10 guest (just 6 now). I chose this one because it does really represent the paranoia that is starting to begin in people mind. Like the constant fear that they have of being in danger.
Ethel Rogers and Thomas Rogers
Thomas and Ethel Rogers killed Jennifer Brady. The Rogers were her caretakers, but they deliberately withheld necessary medicine and care from Brady in order to inherit her fortune. She died May 6th.
