To record when/where/how a workplace accident occured, to ensure that the associate involved is able to get the appropriate medical care coverage.

Why is it important to complete your relias for the month on time?

They are Brightview/State/Federaly mandated trainings. If one person isn't compliant then the whole community isn't compliant. Arianna and Chris are held accountable for the department's relias compliance.
