What is a shot?
The main boss. They decide if the project will be made, oversee the entire production, hire key personnel.
Who is the executive producer?

This person is considered the day-do-day manager of a video production. They assign responsibilities, track tasks, arrange shooting schedules, make sure everything is on schedule
Who is the producer?
