What is a squat?
Lowering yourself down to almost lay on the ground and then pushing yourself back up.

Putting one foot in front of the other at a speed faster than walking.

Stepping forward and lowering yourself down until your knee touches the ground.

Holding onto a bar and pulling yourself up so that your chest touches the bar.
What is a pull up?
Sitting on a "machine" and turning your legs over in a circular motion.
What is cycling?
Raising yourself up like you are standing on your tippy toes.
What is a Calf Raise?
Laying flat on a bench and pushing the bar with weight away from your chest and lowering it back down.
What is Bench Press?
Sitting in/on a "machine" that can move you through water, but also has a gym version as well.
What is Rowing?
Hands out in front, jumping up to get your knees to your hands.
What is a tuck jump?
Holding something in your hands and then bending your elbow to "curl" it upwards towards your head.
What is a bicep curl?
Getting from one end of a pool to the other using different technical stokes.
