Ask 3 other people for help!
Why do we walk quietly in the hallway?
Because other students are learning.
Where should our hands be during carpet time?
To ourselves.
What do you say if you want a turn?
Could I please use that when you are done?
What do we do when we finish a centre?
We clean it up, put it away, and quietly wait at the listening spot.
What should you do if you need help?
Wait for the teacher to come to you or ask a friend for help.
What happens if we run in the hallway?
We go back and try again.
What should our voice level be during a lesson?
Silent snails!
What do we do if a friend is feeling sad?
We check on them and then tell the teacher.
How can we keep our tables clean?
We clean up our own things, push in our chairs, and tidy up garbage.
What do we do first in the morning?
How can we show respect in the hallway?
Having quiet voices and keeping our hands to ourselves.
How can we help a friend who forgot an expectation?
We are kind and remind them about what they need to do, like "Can you please listen?"
How can we include others?
When they ask to join us, we say yes. We look for friends who are alone and ask them to join us!
Where should books go after reading?
Our literacy centre books go in our table colour tray.
Our library books go exactly where you found it!
What should you do when you hear the intercom beeping?
Freeze and listen!
How do we use the bathroom?
We go quietly and quickly. We clean up after ourselves.
What happens if you need a reset at the listening spot?
You use the 1 minute timer, go to your table, and come back quietly when it is done.
What should we do if we hurt a friend?
If you hit, you sit in the office and miss out on recess. If it is an accident, we always apologize and make sure they are okay.
What is the last thing we do before going home?
We have our behaviour buddy time and talk about reminders.
