Who's job is it to tell a substitute what to do?
Nobody's. The substitute is an adult, and you can help if they have a question but you should never tell a sub what to do.
What happens if you continue to go above voice level after 3 "strikes"
Name all of the things you must do in the morning before starting your morning work. (5 routines)
Make lunch count, grab your book bin, grab your Chromebook, turn in your homework, put your water bottle away
What should your table look like at the end of the day?
Your chair is on your desk, there is nothing under your desk and your table bins have only your pencil cases and whiteboard in them.
