What are some ways to wind down after a long day of school? (stress-reducing)
Complete ALL your homework, eat a snack, talk with your family about your day, play sports or do an extracurricular activity, take a nap or rest, stay off the screens for a little while, play or spend time outside, read a book of your choice, etc!
When is it NOT appropriate to ask questions?
When Ms. Shows is in the middle of instruction, when the question is not appropriate (disrespectful, trying to be a class clown, etc.), when the question can be answered by another student (use your best judgment, you'll figure it out)
