Stop and politely let the person pass.

All papers should be going in the same direction with your name at the top or on the right side.

Depending on the situation, you might need to go to the principal or you'll get a phone call home.

What is the bathroom procedure?
1. Cross your fingers, sign out, and take the pass.
2. Use the bathroom and wash your hands.
3. When you come back, sign in and put the pass back.
What happens if you continue to break the same rule day after day?
You may have to stay after school for a detention. If you're a good listener, you won't have to worry about this at all.
