Service is important...how can you find someone to serve everyday?
It's easy to serve someone at home everyday (set table for mom, help a sibling with homework,etc.) It's harder at school, try everyday to look for someone you could help....sit by a lonely kid at lunch, volunteer to help teacher, help a classmate with their work.

Don't be mean back, try to ignore and walk away. Kids can say and do hurtful things, find someone you trust to talk to if your feeling bad. A parent, a teacher, a friend, and Heavenly Father is always there to listen and help you through a hard time!

You have to eat everyday...what are good/ bad things? why is it important to only put good things into our bodies?
Our bodies are a gift from heavenly father and so taking good care of them shows our thankfulness to Him. Not to mention you will live longer and healthier lives with a lot less illness!
