How do I exit for health, financial distress, age or no longer interested?

If that time comes, please call Bluegreen and they will go over and responsible exit options for you at the time. Just remember, Bluegreen does not offer a formal buyback program and there is a limited secondary market for timeshares.

However, just like homes and cars, there are rising costs beyond the clubs control such as taxes, insurance, utilities and upkeep of resorts. MFs are necessary to maintain the properties and ensure the resorts meet yours and our expectations.
