Can you send a WC06 with out an approval?
No- anything that requires a correct calculated rate- needs to be approved first
If client is being reassessed- and had MSD- what do we need to do?
We need to do an ACC2300 for the new periods and provide a WC06 of the new calculated rates. We have an obligation to pay MSD for any periods where the client is going to receive more than they were previously assessed on.

Whats the one time where we don't require an ACC3217?
If Resolution Services have overturned a prior WC suspension decision under s117(1) of the Act or a vocational independence decision, and backdated incapacity claimed exceeds 6 months Review Specialists hold the delegation for this without need for Technical Services / Clinical Services engagement. The Review Specialist involved should assist with this as part of their management of the review
