High school is a crucial point in every persons life. After high school, you move on to adulthood. I wanted to be a part of the development of youth in a positive way.

The labs are planned to be completed in the time given. It is an opportunity to practice effective teamwork and time management.
If you leave anyway before your kitchen is checked, you will get a zero and may lose the privilege of participating in the next lab.
