Per policy 626, absolute information must be recovered and entered into the EHR.  Refer to the policy and appendix A for a complete list.  Things that are included are orders, medication administration, intake forms, central line/catheter insertion or removal, patient intubation/extubation, sepsis alerts, IPOCS, and vitals.
