An object that is raised as an "identifier" for your delegation in order to make points, motions, or speak

A document that presents a delegation's views on two to three topics

When a delegate declares they wish to have the opportunity to abstain from a vote
What it means to say present?
The time period in which delegates express their excitement for the upcoming days, and interest in future topics.

What one says when finishing a speech before the time allotted ends, and they wish to give that time to the chair.

The minimum number of delegates needed to be present for a committee to meet.
