1 dental plan. Groups of 10+ enrolling, can have a dual option.

No, vision needs another Equitable line of coverage

Does BCBSAZ offer a specialty bundling discount in small group?
For any Balanced Funded groups with 5+ enrolled, yes, we can provide a specialty bundling discount (percentage discount on PEPM and stop loss premium).
For FI groups, no specialty discounts.
Can we add a new line of business off anniversary?
Yes, we can align with medical anniversary date.
