Box Breathing (Square Breathing): Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, and hold again for 4 seconds before the next inhale.

4-7-8 Breathing: Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds, hold the breath for 7 seconds, and exhale through the mouth for 8 seconds.
Purpose: Helps slow the heart rate and calm racing thoughts, especially useful before sleep or after emotional distress.

Resonance (Coherent) Breathing: Inhale for 5 seconds and exhale for 5 seconds, maintaining a smooth rhythm.
Purpose: Synchronizes breathing and heart rate to promote a deep sense of calm.
